Hotel Policies

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in at 1:30 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Late check-out available with fees: 25% (10:00–12:00), 50% (10:00–3:00), 100% (10:00–5:00) of normal rate.

In-room Usage Restrictions

Cooking, washing, pressing, and the use of electric appliances are prohibited in the room.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed

Additional Mattress Charge

An extra charge of 700 Birr will be applied for an additional mattress in the room.

Room Card/Key Return Policy

Guests must leave the room card/key at the reception upon leaving the hotel premises.

Liability for Valuables

The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in the room. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or deposit items at the reception.

Guest Liability for Damage

Guests (and their visitors) are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.

Additional Bed Charge

An extra charge of 1000 Birr will be applied for an additional bed and mattress in the room.

Laundry Service Policy

Laundry service must be collected before 10:00 AM; urgent requests incur an additional 50% charge.

Safe Deposit Availability

Safe deposits are available at the reception for secure storage of valuables.

Dining & Bar Hours

Restaurant and Garden are available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM; the Main Bar is open 24 hours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.

Fire Emergency Procedure

In the event of a fire, remain calm and exit via the nearest route (do not use elevators); fire extinguishers are located on each floor.

Medical Emergency Procedure

For medical emergencies, dial “0” or contact the front desk immediately for assistance.

Security Procedure

24-hour security is available. Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the front desk immediately.
